Hakeem Muhammad Saeed is a Pakistani politician who was the founder and leader of Jamaat-ud Dawa (JuD), an organization that was formed in 2002 to work for Islamization. Since 2012, he has been listed under United Nations Security Council Resolution 1267 as a person associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba and Al Qaeda. Hakeem Muhammad Saeed was born on 4 September 1950 in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. He earned his BSc from the University of Engineering & Technology Lahore, Pakistan.
